Can you help after a pipe bursts or a sprinkler discharges?
We offer wet-vac water removal for suitable jobs after the water source is controlled and the area is safe. Send the water source, when it happened, photos and whether floors, carpets or rugs are affected. Availability and equipment needs are confirmed before booking. Sprinkler-system repairs, sewage cleanup and mold remediation are outside this service. Carpet extraction and complete drying require a separate assessment; removing visible water alone does not mean materials are dry.
Can I combine several small repairs?
Yes. A punch list is often the most efficient way to handle multiple small items in one visit. Include every item in your first message.
Do I need to buy materials first?
Not necessarily. Send photos first. You’ll be told what should be on site and whether material pickup needs to be included.
Can you work in my condo or co-op?
Yes, when the job fits handyman scope and your building permits it. Share insurance, scheduling, elevator or contractor requirements before booking.
Do you serve my borough?
